What you will do

• Own the marketing technology ecosystem, developing strategy, and managing the full stack including Marketo, Qualified, and Demandbase.
• Manage the health and architecture of the core stack and GTM integrations, troubleshooting issues and implementing DevOps best practices.
• Lead the strategic optimization of Qualified and future chat platforms, designing and implementing agentic chat workflows and AI-generated first-touch responses.
• Champion the transition toward an AI-first marketing infrastructure, identifying opportunities to leverage AI for lead enrichment, scoring, and routing.
• Drive trusted data for the organization, designing an enrichment engine and key governance strategies to fuel AI models and segmentation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Marketing Operations or Systems experience in a B2B SaaS/Consumption environment.
• Multi-channel GTM experience across enterprise sales, account-based marketing (ABM), digital/growth marketing, PLG, and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Deep proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce is required.
• Experience with conversational marketing (e.g., Qualified), ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase), and sales engagement tools is highly desired.
• You are an "AI-First" thinker with hands-on experience using AI tools, APIs, and integration platforms to drive business efficiency and automation.
• You value system stability and documentation and approach system changes with engineering rigor.
• Expert at prioritizing competing initiatives, managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and partnering across teams.
