hirify.global is a bootstrapped B2B SaaS company that provides a sales engagement platform, helping sales teams book more meetings and close deals.

What you will do

  • Acquire high-quality customers for hirify.global's Sales Engagement Platform.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospection, negotiation, closing, and customer onboarding.
  • Focus on B2B companies with 100 to 1,000 employees and sales teams of 5 to 100 people.
  • Leverage both Inbound (Demo Requests, Product-Led Sales) and Outbound strategies to find prospects.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales role as a top performer (top 20%).
  • Proven sales expertise in finding prospects, creating interest, delivering value, and closing deals.
  • Experience in outbound sales, including cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn, with the ability to generate 50% of your own pipeline.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working hard without constant supervision.
