What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Develop robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems, leveraging AWS services for efficient data flow and processing using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers and apply technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems.
• Work cross-functionally with various hirify.global teams to drive forward results.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of the project with hands-on coding.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience architecting and designing SAAS offerings, leading design for web, software, or mobile applications with hands-on coding.
• B. Tech/M. Tech in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform, specifically with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and/or Aura Components.
• Proficiency with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and experience with at least one of the following languages: Java, C#, Python, or similar.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and experience with at least one core service for building scalable and integrated solutions.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) concepts.
