What you will do
- Develop deep, trusting partnerships with Senior leadership, providing coaching and sound advice.
- Take full ownership of talent management, including performance assessment, identifying top talent, career pathing, succession planning and effective performance management.
- Leverage data to monitor and diagnose problems at their root, managing turnover effectively.
- Represent Business Units’ interests and concerns when collaborating with corporate HR on transformational, cross-departmental projects.
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders, FP&A and Recruitment to manage headcounts.
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services and HR systems team on employee files and in ensuring Workday accurately reflects your organization.
Requirements
- You have a proven track record as a senior HR professional.
- Navigating complex challenges and driving impactful solutions comes naturally to you.
- Building deep, trusting relationships with senior leadership is one of your core strengths.
- You are a skilled, tactful communicator in both English and French.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working with client-facing teams, such as Customer Success, Professional Services or Sales.
- You have a deep well of resilience and bring experience from working in fast-paced technology organizations where change is the only certainty.
- Experience working with teams in the US is a strong advantage. Additionally, experience in Europe and Australia will make you an even more compelling candidate.
- You're eager to innovate and build from the ground up, and you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting hands on.
