Location: Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local hirify.globalns (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office min. twice per week.

Salary: $75,800 to $89,200 to $102,600 CAD

What you will do

• Partner with leaders to deliver People programs and services that support departmental and company-wide goals.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, role clarity, team structure, and workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations issues and investigations, partnering with People SMEs and Legal as required.
• Contribute to the design, rollout, and adoption of People programs.
• Use people data and insights to identify trends related to engagement, performance, retention, and workforce health.
• Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships to ensure the needs of the People team, leaders, and employees are met.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of progressive HR / People Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting leaders across one or more functional areas.
• Solid knowledge across core People disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
• Strong understanding of employment law and compliance requirements.
• Data-informed mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS and people analytics tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional People projects.
