Senior People Business Partner (AI): Supporting hirify.global's Go-To-Market organization during a period of continued scale, maturity, and transformation with an accent on organizational design, performance, and employee experience. Focus on enabling leaders and teams to do their best work while ensuring hirify.global scales sustainably, equitably, and compliantly.
Location: Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local hirify.globalns (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office min. twice per week.
Salary: $100,300 to $135,700 CAD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.

What you will do
- Partner with senior GTM leaders to develop and deliver People strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Lead and advise on organizational design efforts.
- Manage complex employee relations issues.
- Work closely with People team SMEs to deliver a seamless, world-class employee journey.
- Translate people data into actionable insights and recommendations for GTM leaders.
- Identify opportunities to improve and evolve People processes to better support a scaling GTM organization.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR / People Business Partner experience, with significant experience supporting GTM or revenue organizations.
- Proven success partnering with senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology environments.
- Deep expertise in employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent planning.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand GTM metrics, incentives, and operating models.
- High comfort navigating ambiguity, change, and competing priorities.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance across relevant jurisdictions.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Revenue Operations teams.
- Experience partnering in globally distributed or multi-jurisdiction environments.
- Background in scaling People practices during periods of rapid growth or transformation.
