What you will do

• Implement human resources programs and practices that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support leaders in solving Employee Relations issues through effective coaching and problem solving.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and partner with management to develop solutions.
• Partner with leaders to foster conversations to promote career development and training.
• Work with all levels of leadership to develop effective organizational structures.
• Coach employees and people leaders to role model behaviors that support company values and culture.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and collaborate with all levels of the organization and positively influence teams.
• Applied knowledge of local labor laws and statutes for employment across Canada provinces.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational development and/or change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess situations and make data-driven decisions.
• Resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to work in changing environments.
• Experience working with senior leaders in a client-centric technology organization considered an asset.
