TL;DR

Associate Client Success Manager (SaaS): Developing relationships within a client portfolio and ensuring clients achieve long-term value through Airbase’s platform with an accent on addressing client needs, coordinating internal stakeholders, and driving adoption and satisfaction outcomes. Focus on evaluating client health, identifying product adoption gaps, and supporting expansion and renewal initiatives to align customer objectives with platform capabilities.

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Only), allowing you to work from home or your location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours.

Salary: $54,200–$90,000 /yr

What you will do

  • Build and manage relationships within a defined book of business to align client goals with platform capabilities.
  • Evaluate client health, prioritize engagement, and proactively address potential risks.
  • Lead discovery conversations to identify product adoption gaps and work cross-functionally to resolve blockers.
  • Support expansion and renewal initiatives by uncovering growth opportunities and collaborating with sales teams.
  • Maintain ownership of client success plans, documenting outcomes, risks, and strategies in success tools.
  • Function as a product and process advocate internally, sharing client feedback and recommending improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role in SaaS, consulting, or B2B services.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently (C1+).
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess client needs, prioritize with discretion, and lead initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Comfortable analyzing product usage data and translating insights into strategic action.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing a revenue-based quota.
  • Experience creating and delivering high-quality QBRs to executive teams.
  • Experience managing de-escalations and coordinating feedback between internal/external teams.
  • Experience with Office of the CFO applications.
  • Basic understanding of the accounting and finance ecosystem.
  • Experience utilizing common tools within the CS tech stack (Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Catalyst, Totango, Outreach).
