TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Healthcare/Compliance): Managing strategic relationships for enterprise occupational health and compliance accounts, ensuring maximization of value for Immuware with an accent on driving long-term retention and growth. Focus on aligning technology with customer's clinical and compliance needs and advocating customer feedback for product roadmap.

Location: Remote (US). This job is open to candidates authorized to work in the US and located within US borders.

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Build deep partnerships with C-level and clinical stakeholders, acting as a consultant to align Immuware with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling, partnering with Sales to increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Develop customized success plans and monitor health indicators, proactively intervening to mitigate churn risk.
  • Act as the "Voice of the Customer" for the product team, translating client feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap.
  • Manage complex customer challenges by coordinating with Support and Engineering, resolving high-stakes issues.
  • Become an expert in the Immuware platform and occupational health landscape, educating customers on best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, specifically managing large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to influence and align C-level executives and senior organizational leaders.
  • A track record of driving revenue through renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, explaining complex concepts simply.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Hubspot) and Customer Success tools (Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
