Salary: $70,000–$75,000 OTE

What you will do
- Build deep partnerships with C-level and clinical stakeholders, acting as a consultant to align Immuware with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling, partnering with Sales to increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Develop customized success plans and monitor health indicators, proactively intervening to mitigate churn risk.
- Act as the "Voice of the Customer" for the product team, translating client feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap.
- Manage complex customer challenges by coordinating with Support and Engineering, resolving high-stakes issues.
- Become an expert in the Immuware platform and occupational health landscape, educating customers on best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, specifically managing large, complex enterprise accounts.
- Proven ability to influence and align C-level executives and senior organizational leaders.
- A track record of driving revenue through renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, explaining complex concepts simply.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Hubspot) and Customer Success tools (Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
