TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US, specifically in the Los Angeles Area, or willing to relocate to Los Angeles. Relocation assistance may be available.

Salary: $320,000–$360,000 (US base salary range) + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Identify and address clients' marketing needs by developing tailored solutions and proposals.
  • Prospect and source media buying opportunities with entertainment industry clients and agencies.
  • Build and deepen relationships with key decision-makers in the entertainment industry.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue and account goals, focusing on bundled Quest offerings.
  • Represent hirify.global at key industry events (e.g., CinemaCon, Sundance, SXSW, Comic-Con, Cannes).
  • Provide product feedback to influence hirify.global's advertising roadmap.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as an Account Executive in direct ad sales, media buying, or digital advertising with a focus on the entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding account and revenue goals.
  • Established relationships with major entertainment companies.
  • Experience managing entertainment clients throughout the sales funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%) for industry events and client meetings.
