Location: Fully Remote within the US, specifically hiring in AZ, CO, CA, FL, ID, GA, IL, NH, KS, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI states. The sales territory is within the Mountain Standard Time (MST) and Pacific Standard Time (PST) regions.

Salary: $135,000 Base, with $135,000 Variable compensation.

What you will do

  • Manage a Senior Care sales territory, focusing on home health and hospice accounts.
  • Establish new opportunity pipeline and consistently close new business.
  • Interface with and build trust with C-Level Executives.
  • Implement a Solution-Selling methodology to match hirify.global services to client needs.
  • Provide a consultative approach to understand client organizational structure and IT systems.
  • Develop ROI-based proposals and gain client agreement on calculations.

Requirements

  • Must be located in one of the following US states: AZ, CO, CA, FL, ID, GA, IL, NH, KS, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
  • Sales territory coverage within Mountain Standard Time (MST) and Pacific Standard Time (PST) regions.
  • 5-10 years of relevant sales or business development experience with proven success.
  • Proven experience selling into Senior Care organizations (Home healthcare, hospice, skilled nursing) with established relationships.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals with tenacity and integrity.
  • Experience with complex, consultative solutions-based enterprise sales processes.
