Salary: $100,000–$140,000 base plus bonus potential

What you will do

• Execute and lead successful influencer campaigns for diverse clients.
• Serve as the primary client contact, leading kick-off and weekly status calls.
• Provide strategic and creative solutions to achieve client goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and incremental client growth.
• Prepare project reporting and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage 2-3 direct reports and collaborate with internal teams.
• Source, vet, contract, and negotiate with influencer talent and agents.
• Efficiently manage deliverables timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing clients and executing influencer campaigns.
• Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Well-versed in influencer marketing across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Snapchat).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations.
• Experience managing paid media processes and reporting.
• Experience managing talent onsite at medium to large-scale in-person events.
• Must be able to work hybrid 3x/week from the Los Angeles office.
• Management experience of internal teams.
