What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Creator Campaign Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality campaign delivery.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of creator-led campaigns, including sourcing, approvals, and reporting.
• Manage team resourcing, forecasting, and workflow planning for operational excellence.
• Take responsibility for delivery of financial targets, ensuring activations are profitable.
• Uphold hirify.global’s youth-safety, privacy, and brand-suitability requirements across all creator activations.
• Build and optimize delivery processes, tools, and best practices, collaborating with product teams.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital advertising, or related fields.
• Experienced, empathetic, and cool-headed people manager.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects under pressure.
• Comfortable looking at and manipulating data, with solid spreadsheet skills.
• Exceptional client-facing and relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers.
• Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including platforms like YouTube, IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and SnapChat.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with the gaming landscape (Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft) and community platforms like Discord.
• Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German).
