Salary: $165,000.00–$185,000.00. Bonus Eligible.

What you will do

• Manage the administration and related data analysis of merit and short- and long-term incentive programs.
• Prepare and deploy communications for compensation programs.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis and gather internal/external pay data.
• Analyze salary data and develop/maintain pay structures.
• Provide support to HR Business Partners on compensation matters and processes.
• Handle M&A due diligence analyses and post-integration activities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years’ experience in Broad-based Compensation required.
• Consultative nature with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Executive presence with an ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel.
• Compensation experience in a technology company preferred.

Nice to have

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance.
• FinTech experience.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Workday and/or Payfactors.
• Experience in a mid to large size company with matrixed reporting.
