What you will do
- Manage the administration and related data analysis of merit and short- and long-term incentive programs.
- Prepare and deploy communications for compensation programs.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis and gather internal/external pay data.
- Analyze salary data and develop/maintain pay structures.
- Provide support to HR Business Partners on compensation matters and processes.
- Handle M&A due diligence analyses and post-integration activities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- 8+ years’ experience in Broad-based Compensation required.
- Consultative nature with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Executive presence with an ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel.
- Compensation experience in a technology company preferred.
Nice to have
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance.
- FinTech experience.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Workday and/or Payfactors.
- Experience in a mid to large size company with matrixed reporting.
