What you will do

• Manage day-to-day HR systems activities, including configuration, security, audits, reports, and data requests.
• Lead program management initiatives such as governance, change control, and special projects like M&As or country expansions.
• Drive system optimization through analytics, dashboards, new capabilities, and improved end-user experience.
• Manage change by developing and delivering employee training and communications.
• Serve as the primary owner for Absence in Workday, covering plan design, country-specific configuration, and operational support.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Workday Absence, including plan configuration, accruals, eligibility, and country-specific rules.
• Working knowledge across one or more adjacent domains: Benefits, Payroll, and/or Compensation.
• Experience supporting global growth, new country launches, or policy redesigns.
• Technical expertise in configuring and customizing Workday, including creating reports, dashboards, and simple integrations.
• Project management experience in HR technology-enabled projects and implementations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; experience in providing user training and support.
