Location: Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted). The role is based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA.

Salary: $174,260—$228,410 USD

What you will do

• Own the processes and systems that ensure data integrity, quality assurance, and standardized data reporting for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Develop and maintain custom dashboards, integrations, and applications using no code and low-code tooling.
• Maintain any automations through regular audits, de-bugging and redesign as systems evolve.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Recruiting, People Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other departments to drive impactful and coordinated recruiting initiatives.
• Leverage sources like Greenhouse, Goodtime, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, to build and implement solutions.

Requirements

• Proven Automation Expertise: 3+ years of experience leading and implementing automation projects, preferably within a Talent Acquisition or HR function.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and API concepts.
• Project Management Skills: Experience managing projects from start to finish, including defining scope, developing timelines, managing resources, and tracking progress.
• Communication & Collaboration Prowess: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or People Analytics is highly preferred.
