What you will do
- Drive sales and develop business plans for existing and new large end customers in the DACH market.
- Continuously evaluate annual targets and close projects within assigned accounts.
- Manage 360º customer relations by collaborating with all Axis departments (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineers, Post-sales Support).
- Strategically manage accounts to deepen Axis relationships across products, solutions, and geographical boundaries.
- Represent Axis at trade shows and industry events, and collaborate with marketing for lead generation.
- Maintain up-to-date account information and sales reports in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the IT or security industry.
- Experience with end customers and account planning/mapping (business plans).
- Results-oriented, self-driven, and strategic thinking with an ability to influence.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and create value propositions.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to manage time and prioritize.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
