What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the data cable sector to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage and expand existing customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of sales strategies and customer projects.
  • Report sales performance, forecasts, and metrics to senior management.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience.
  • Knowledge in datacom (copper, fiber, connectivity) and broadband (FTTx) products and market.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

  • Network in the data center market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce.
