What you will do

• Work with a pre-defined group of hirify.global's largest and most important customers, establishing connections with partners ranging from support agents to CxOs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they are effectively leveraging the solution.
• Analyze product usage data to improve product adoption and reduce churn.
• Identify, qualify, sort, and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce to document activities, forecast opportunities accurately, and communicate information appropriately.

Requirements

• Exceptional consultative skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, inspire, project confidence, and overcome objections.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions quickly.
• High levels of organization in workflows.
• Experience in the SaaS/cloud industry or within the IT industry specifically (a plus).
• Must be eligible to work in Berlin, Germany. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
