What you will do

• Act as dedicated technical lead for strategic customers, driving value from initial discovery to long-term adoption and maturity.
• Lead technical discovery, architect bespoke solutions, and deliver high-impact Proof of Value (PoV) workshops.
• Stay embedded with customers after the sale to ensure hirify.global integration into SRE and DevOps workflows.
• Identify expansion opportunities within strategic accounts and build business justifications.
• Influence the global product roadmap based on frontline experience with Germany’s largest enterprises.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in German and professional English, suitable for C-suite and deep-level engineers.
• Proven experience in both pre-sales (qualification, demos, PoCs) and post-sales (consulting, implementation, TAM) environments.
• Deep familiarity with Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern infrastructure technologies like Kubernetes and microservices.
• Strong understanding of Observability and SRE principles, including data usage for reliability and performance.
• A proactive desire to keep learning and a problem-solver mindset for complex technical challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience with APM, infrastructure monitoring, or competitive observability tools.
• Background in mobile device platforms and architectures (iOS & Android).
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
