Strategic Engagement Manager (AI): Leading strategic enterprise relationships for a voice-first GenAI platform with an accent on driving business outcomes and long-term value realization. Focus on orchestrating cross-functional implementation, influencing senior stakeholders, and scaling AI-driven customer success strategies across multiple business units.

Location: Hybrid roles based in Berlin, Munich, or New York.

What you will do

Lead strategic enterprise relationships, managing success plans, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
Orchestrate implementation and delivery excellence across product, engineering, and partner ecosystems.
Build trust-based partnerships with senior stakeholders to position the platform as an essential transformation tool.
Quantify and communicate value via data-driven storytelling and executive business reviews.
Identify and capture expansion opportunities to scale adoption across regions and functions.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in enterprise software, consulting, or customer success.
Proven ability to translate executive vision into commercial value.
Fluency in both English and German is required.
Strong grasp of AI, automation, and enterprise integration principles.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic discussions.
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end ownership of large-scale accounts.
