What you will do
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, identifying core requirements and mapping hirify.global solutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for customer onboarding, product adoption, and account transition.
- Document customer contact and activity data in CRM/Marketing software for accurate forecasting and revenue delivery.
- Collaborate with Marketing, promote hirify.global products, and provide customer feedback for improvements.
- Sell to and interact with senior-most customer executive and CXO-level decision makers for the largest and most complex accounts.
Requirements
- Holds broad expertise and unique knowledge to contribute to company objectives.
- Extensive industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, and strategies.
- Exhibits confidence and expertise in presentations, customer service, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Complete understanding of the business and technical contexts of key accounts.
- Deep functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions.
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
