• Cultivate strong enterprise-level client relationships, leading discussions and aligning strategies with business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day execution of affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality outputs.
• Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and data-driven strategic recommendations.
• Nurture and manage relationships with key partners, attending industry events to discover new opportunities.
• Continuously monitor portfolio performance and adjust tactics to optimize client success.
• Mentor Associate Account Managers, delegating tasks and fostering professional development.

Requirements

• Located in the UK or Germany.
• 3-5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or direct affiliate marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable analyzing data.

• Experience with Affiliate Networks (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact).
