TL;DR

Marketing Analytics Manager: Shaping marketing strategy by evaluating campaign performance and guiding global channel mix and investment decisions with an accent on translating complex datasets into narrative-driven presentations and embedding data-led thinking. Focus on diagnosing performance across media, social, and web analytics to pinpoint campaign success or necessary pivots, and designing learning agendas to understand community interaction.

Location: Onsite in London, UK (5 days a week). Must live within a 60-minute commute of the office.

What you will do

  • Shape global marketing strategy by evaluating campaign performance and guiding investment.
  • Translate complex datasets into narrative-driven presentations for senior leadership.
  • Embed data-led thinking across London and regional offices.
  • Diagnose performance across media, social, and web analytics to identify campaign success and areas for pivot.
  • Design and lead learning agendas, running tests to understand community interaction.
  • Ensure quality and consistency of global reporting, collaborating with regional leads to apply performance data.

Requirements

  • Track record in cross-channel media measurement and digital strategy.
  • Ability to translate complex datasets into compelling, narrative-driven presentations.
  • Demonstrated ownership of analytics, providing proactive insights.
  • Deep experience in building and executing testing roadmaps for repeatable results.
  • High proficiency in Excel and Google Marketing Platform (GA4, Campaign Manager).
  • Excellence in visual communication using Looker Studio or Whatagraph.
