Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing

What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Directors and Senior Account Managers to cultivate strong client relationships and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and drive client strategy and campaign optimizations.
• Nurture and manage relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with client objectives and long-term partnership success.
• Execute affiliate marketing strategies across multiple accounts, ensuring they are aligned with client objectives and driving measurable outcomes.
• Mentor Associate Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and strategic execution.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience.
• Direct affiliate marketing experience (agency, in-house, or network) required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable analyzing data.

Nice to have

• Experience with Affiliate Networks (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact) is a plus.
