What you will do

• Define and shape the future of influence for Ogilvy and its clients.
• Craft groundbreaking influencer strategies rooted in culture and direct creative execution.
• Provide strategic counsel and direction to C-suite clients and internal teams.
• Lead significant new business pitches and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
• Mentor and empower a team of approximately 8 strategists and creatives.
• Pioneer new models for seamless integration of paid, owned, and earned influence strategies.

Requirements

• Expert in the influence landscape, deeply ingrained in social culture, and at the forefront of trends.
• Encyclopaedic understanding of both paid and earned influence strategies.
• Ability to integrate diverse strategies for high-profile brands.
• Experience providing strategic counsel, inspiration, and direction to C-suite clients.
• Strong ability to define client problems and identify growth opportunities.
• Proven track record of architecting groundbreaking creative strategies.
