What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads to build a high-quality pipeline.
- Run discovery, demos, and commercial negotiations to close new logos and meet revenue targets.
- Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams.
- Feed market and customer insights back into product and go-to-market strategy.
- Help refine messaging, ideal customer profiles, and sales motions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of closing new business.
- Proven Account Executive background in SaaS/FinTech with a new-business focus.
- Ability to sell consultatively and engage senior decision-makers.
- Comfortable with fast-moving, early-stage environments and rapid change.
- Self-directed, commercially driven, and resilient with clear, confident communication skills.
