Location: Hybrid working arrangement, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office within the UK or mainland Europe.

What you will do

  • Support the Senior Partnership Manager and Sales team.
  • Analyze partner performance to identify upsell and reactivation opportunities.
  • Promote hirify.global’s services through targeted partner outreach and campaigns.
  • Manage partner commissions, payments, and referral tracking.
  • Actively seek new referrals from existing partners.

Requirements

  • Advanced to expert level in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis.
  • Basic understanding of contracts and NDAs.
  • At least one additional language at a professional level.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong listening abilities, and high EQ.
  • Comfortable using CRMs, internal systems, and external tools.
  • Recent university graduate (or equivalent) with a strong interest in FinTech.
  • Curious, proactive, commercially minded, and adaptable.
