What you will do
- Develop and implement marketing strategy, positioning, and key messaging for the eCommerce portfolio.
- Line manage the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executive, supporting their performance and development.
- Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and report on performance against KPIs.
- Execute campaigns hands-on, including copywriting, email marketing, digital campaigns, and web content updates.
- Oversee creative design, audience development plans, community-building, and social media strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets, visitor registration, delegate/visitor targets, and revenue generation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within B2B events, technology, and/or eCommerce.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Demonstrable experience line managing and developing direct reports.
- Excellent written communication skills, with confidence in producing B2B marketing copy.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, digital campaigns, web updates, CRM, CMS, marketing automation, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of data protection regulations (GDPR).
