What you will do
- Act as a team leader and role model, setting the standard for Marketing Activation Services and demonstrating expertise in CRM and email deliverability.
- Manage and support day-to-day team operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of campaigns.
- Own and advance email deliverability practices, developing and maintaining deliverability frameworks.
- Lead strategic and operational initiatives for enterprise clients, assessing business goals and developing CRM strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, sales, and customer success teams.
- Develop scalable processes and documentation to ensure consistency and quality as the team expands.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations, including at least 2+ years of people management or team leadership.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability fundamentals, including authentication protocols and sender reputation.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM/ESP platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, Klaviyo, or similar).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex operational workflows and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly.
- Exceptional project and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing presence.
