What you will do
- Deliver email marketing campaigns to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Work with the wider CRM team to execute content across e-mail, social, and digital channels.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness weekly and monthly.
- Support database management and maintain the accuracy of email lists.
- Act as a brand guardian for both content quality and tone of voice.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, HTML, and ESP systems
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to manage processes accurately with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SQL, Photoshop, or Dreamweaver is an advantage
