TL;DR

New Customer Acquisition Representative (Sales): Selling hirify.global products and services to new and existing clients with an accent on identifying new logo opportunities and cross-sell opportunities. Focus on effectively communicating value propositions and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to meet quota objectives.

Location: Hybrid, Jacksonville, Florida, United States. Regular office attendance is required.

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on hirify.global solutions to clients.
  • Prospect, qualify, and process leads from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet annual quota objectives.
  • Identify new logo, win-back, and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective customers through a consultative process.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate data in Salesforce to support territory, account planning, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, specifically in high-value, business-to-business solution sales.
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition.
  • Highly driven, focused, and committed with a proven track record of consistent sales achievement.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team with flexibility to adapt and manage change.
  • Strong phone presence with active listening, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
