TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Ecommerce, AI): Generating leads and building customer pipelines in the EMEA/DACH region with an accent on high-quality research, personalized outreach, and meaningful conversations. Focus on understanding prospect needs, refining go-to-market strategies, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

Location: Hybrid (90% remote, 10% onsite at events). Must be based in Europe and able to work across EMEA time zones.

What you will do

  • Identify and engage prospects in target accounts through high-quality research and thoughtful outreach.
  • Personalize every interaction by deeply understanding a prospect’s industry, role, challenges, and business priorities.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations that center on the customer’s needs, pains, and goals.
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact, representing hirify.global's values.
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing to ensure alignment on account strategy and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach, research, and engagement in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in sales or sales development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English & German.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage prospects in a thoughtful and consultative way.
  • Basic comfort working with sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Must be based in Europe, with the ability to work across EMEA time zones.
  • Genuine interest in technology, e-commerce, and helping businesses solve complex challenges.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of MEDDPICC.
