TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Payroll/HR Services): Generating new business for outsourced payroll services and cross-selling other HR products, with an accent on building client relationships, market research, and achieving sales targets. Focus on introducing new services, expanding client base through networking, and ensuring swift sales closure.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 1 day in office), Workation in EU only (4 weeks/year)

What you will do

  • Achieve business sales targets and contribute directly to sales and business growth.
  • Introduce, promote, and market all hirify.global products and services to prospective clients.
  • Expand the client base through networking, business referral, and constant follow-up.
  • Proactively recommend and sell products or services based on prospective client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and a client database on Salesforce.
  • Participate in business development, marketing campaigns, conferences, and market research.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years SAAS sales experience or similar role in a related field.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Self-starter with a competitive nature to deliver revenue targets.
  • Strong track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office Suite.

  • Experience working in a similar industry to hirify.global.
