Location: Remote. Driving expansion in the North American market (U.S. & Canada).

What you will do

  • Engage and nurture enterprise-level accounts using a multi-channel approach (phone, email, social, video).
  • Develop strategic and personalized outreach, leveraging account intent signals to create meaningful sales conversations.
  • Qualify target accounts by identifying their pain points, needs, and potential for long-term engagement.
  • Position hirify.global as a strategic partner, articulating value beyond a transactional sales approach.
  • Create and nurture opportunities, setting Account Executives for success.
  • Leverage a sales tech stack including Salesforce, Apollo, Sendspark, and Sales Navigator.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of outbound sales or business development experience, specifically targeting the North American market.
  • Experience engaging enterprise-level accounts is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of high performance in non-transactional sales, understanding complex business needs.
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales techniques, including engaging unresponsive prospects.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and multi-channel strategies.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Apollo, Sendspark, and Sales Navigator (or a strong willingness to learn).
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
