Salary: $33,500–$56,100 USD (Annual base, plus commission eligibility).

What you will do

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and weekly activity metrics.
• Apply sales processes and methods to present solutions, overcome objections, and generate warm leads.
• Articulate the value proposition of TAA NA and maintain strong knowledge of assigned products.
• Develop and maintain general knowledge of industry trends and competitive solutions.
• Document all sales activity in the CRM system.
• Contribute to business development planning, forecasting, and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding and application of sales processes and methods.
• Excellent listening skills and persuasive selling techniques.
• Ability to conduct business analysis prior to prospecting calls.
• Experience documenting all activity in a CRM system.
