What you will do
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and weekly activity metrics.
- Apply sales processes and methods to present solutions, overcome objections, and generate warm leads.
- Articulate the value proposition of TAA NA and maintain strong knowledge of assigned products.
- Develop and maintain general knowledge of industry trends and competitive solutions.
- Document all sales activity in the CRM system.
- Contribute to business development planning, forecasting, and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding and application of sales processes and methods.
- Excellent listening skills and persuasive selling techniques.
- Ability to conduct business analysis prior to prospecting calls.
- Experience documenting all activity in a CRM system.
