What you will do
- Initiate contact with new leads proactively.
- Maintain a high volume of cold calls daily, viewing rejection as a learning opportunity.
- Build strong relationships with prospects, prioritizing meaningful connections.
- Collaborate with team members, sharing successful strategies and supporting team goals.
- Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to shape territory planning and account strategy.
- Adapt to changes in team dynamics, leadership, or roles while maintaining productivity.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience as an SDR or BDR identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to keep detailed records and prioritize tasks.
- High emotional intelligence to build rapport and maintain professionalism.
- Ability to achieve monthly performance KPIs and opportunity creation quotas.
- Must be coachable with a great attitude, high motivation, and a passion for growth.
