TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Growth): Developing and managing dealer customer portfolios, ensuring adoption of Tekion products, understanding their value, and demonstrating measurable impact on revenue with an accent on proactively identifying how the platform can best meet unique dealership needs. Focus on driving accountability and trust through open communication, frequent touchpoints, and data-driven insights to deliver consistent value and long-term impact.

Location: Geographic Areas of Consideration include: Maryland, Virginia Area, Minnesota Area, Atlanta, Nashville and Chattanooga Area Only. Ability to travel up to 50% for onsite dealership visits and events. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Salary: $70,500—$117,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and manage assigned dealer customer portfolios for Tekion products.
  • Handle dealer inquiries and communications, resolving requests through cross-functional partnership.
  • Analyze customer data to improve experience and recommend solutions to enhance operations.
  • Evaluate and improve tutorials and support infrastructure for customer success.
  • Anticipate customer needs based on product roadmap and demonstrate value internally and externally.
  • Drive accountability and trust through frequent touchpoints and business reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success and/or post-sales delivery and enablement.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong technology skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with AI.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to frequent change.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for onsite dealership visits and events.
  • Must have US work authorization as visa sponsorship is not available.
