Talent Acquisition Partner (HR): Assisting in full life cycle recruiting to support current and forecasted hiring needs within hirify.global through sourcing, interviewing, and candidate contact. With an accent on implementing strategies to improve recruiting, selection, and retention of talent. Focus on partnering with hiring managers to establish position requirements and priorities, ensuring continued candidate interest throughout the hiring process.

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Only), allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours.

Salary: $60,500 - $90,000/yr

What you will do

• Implement strategies and initiatives to improve recruiting, selection, orientation, development, and retention of talent.
• Manage the staffing function from employment requisitions, job postings, recruiting, and onboarding of new employees.
• Partner with hiring managers and management to establish position requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Conduct interviews by telephone, recommend, and schedule candidates for further interviews.
• Serve as the point of contact for candidates during their onsite interviews.
• Maintain communication with active candidates during the hiring process to ensure continued interest.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting and/or sales for a wide range of positions in a fast-paced/high-volume environment.
• Proven ability in hunting and hiring candidates that have proven to be successful in their positions.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Customer service orientation and ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.
• Familiarity with Talent Acquisition concepts, practices, and procedures.
