Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tech recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and job functions in the tech industry.
• Great communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion.
