What you will do

  • Schedule complex candidate interviews for the Americas-based Talent Acquisition team.
  • Prepare and send candidate offer letters using applicant tracking and electronic document systems.
  • Onboard new hires using the human capital management system and track pre-hire task completion.
  • Build strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Provide general administrative support to Talent Acquisition and Operations teams.
  • Potentially host and present new hire orientation weekly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting support.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills (Spanish/English bilingual).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Apps, HRIS/ATS (Oracle HCM and Recruiting Cloud is an asset).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or similar preferred.
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach.
