What you will do

• Own inbound and outbound sourcing for Sales roles, and provide occasional support for non-Sales roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from phone screen through offer acceptance.
• Analyze recruiting data and pipeline metrics to inform sourcing strategies and process improvements.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews, lead debrief sessions, and guide hiring teams toward data-backed decisions.
• Partner with Sales leadership and Training teams on workforce planning, ramp timelines, and hiring readiness.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiting team members as the team grows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong preference for Sales or revenue-generating roles.
• Experience supporting multiple functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success sourcing in competitive, high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruiting data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on customer value.
