What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source and engage diverse candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate interviews and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and collaborate with People Experience partners.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technology, software, or SaaS environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Sociology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System or candidate management tool.
• Solid interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and potential.
• Fluent in English.
