What you will do
- Take ownership of the non-state agency law enforcement sector across the DMV, identifying and cultivating sales opportunities.
- Understand hirify.global's platform solutions and align them to specific law enforcement agency challenges.
- Develop and foster strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, articulating the value proposition to diverse stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and nurture a robust pipeline of opportunities, aligning efforts with evolving demands.
- Collaborate and orchestrate initiatives across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful deal closure.
- Assist in developing the overall hirify.global business in the territory through cultivating relationships with key non-customer stakeholders and learning key public initiatives and challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, with experience in law enforcement/public safety sales, data integration, analytics, and business intelligence.
- A track record of success in selling SaaS platforms into net new complex accounts.
- Experience within the local law enforcement market, with an existing network of connections. Prior practitioner experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability and comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers and supporting new customers through onboarding processes.
- Proficient with strategic, solution, and value-based selling, with experience managing a multi-threaded sales process.
- Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Located within the DMV.
