Salary: The OTE range for this role is expected to be around $150,000 to $220,000 based on location and experience.

What you will do
- Activate and implement new logo accounts to get them running on the platform.
- Identify activation and expansion opportunities within your customer base.
- Create and grow relationships with champions within customer accounts.
- Drive consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota attainment.
- Partner with product marketing to deliver messaging and content to commercial hirify.global Cloud customers.
- Design and execute programs to support the identification and productionization of new use cases with customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales/Business Development.
- Passion for advocating on behalf of customers.
- Aptitude and curiosity to learn about technical concepts related to hirify.global and databases.
- Ability to act with a high level of autonomy and take full ownership of a customer portfolio.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to deviate from established procedures and build new processes.
- Team player with a passion for collaboration.
- Prior experience with tooling like Salesforce, Slack, Outreach, Gong, and Common Room.

- Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology.
