What you will do

  • Build and nurture relationships with key channel partners and resellers to drive Gliffy adoption.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans with partners to increase brand awareness and create new opportunities.
  • Track and report on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to support partner enablement and inform strategy.
  • Represent Gliffy at partner events and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or channel/partner management.
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to track activities and meet or exceed revenue targets through partner-driven strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a global, remote-first environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Atlassian products and the Atlassian Ecosystem strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with and supporting enterprise accounts.
  • Exposure to SaaS sales cycles and partner enablement programs via hands-on experience and/or formal training.
