What you will do

• Serve as the lead point of contact and internal stakeholder for all customer account management matters.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
• Work closely with Growth, Sales, Support, Billing, and other technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and value realization.
• Maintain a revenue base by negotiating and managing account retention and renewal.
• Capture customer feedback and report requests to Product Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Senior/Enterprise Account Manager.
• Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS design capabilities.
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in fast-paced start-up environments.
