TL;DR

Salary: $131,000–$157,200 USD (Draper, UT office location)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute career development and leadership plans for direct reports, including daily 1:1 mentoring and coaching.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize BDR team performance and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for BDRs in prospecting, lead qualification, and effective communication.
  • Enhance BDR efficiencies by consistently evaluating processes and workflows, leveraging feedback and data analysis.
  • Foster strong collaboration with sales, marketing, and BDR leadership to align efforts with overall organizational goals.
  • Utilize data to generate insightful reports on BDR performance, providing regular updates to senior management and refining strategies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing BDR team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a history of consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a proactive and innovative approach.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, promoting open communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Clear understanding and expertise in BDR strategy, market dynamics, and customer behaviors through the sales funnel.

  • Experience with financial services sales in a full cycle sales role.
