What you will do

• Develop and execute partner-first communication strategies to increase awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and distribute impactful partner-facing and internal content.
• Optimize hirify.global’s digital partner experiences, including content organization and usability.
• Promote partner success stories and recognition to reinforce a partner-first culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely content for field and partner readiness.
• Support the planning, promotion, and execution of partner engagement initiatives like webinars and campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner-focused roles (marketing, communications, experience, programs, project management, or analytics).
• Strong written communication and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working across teams and balancing competing priorities.
• Willingness and ability to learn new tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce Experience Cloud, Wiki, Poppulo platforms).
• Analytical mindset with experience reviewing engagement metrics and using insights to improve content performance.
