TL;DR

Partner Strategy & Program Marketing Manager: Orchestrating global field readiness and execution by translating worldwide go-to-market (GTM) and campaign guidance into actionable, region-ready plans with an accent on enabling regional marketing teams and ensuring consistent business goal achievement. Focus on community engagement, playbook enablement, and readiness communications across a global partner ecosystem.

Location: 100% Remote (US). Must align to a Pacific Time operating model. Salary details provided for candidates based in Washington State.

Salary: $32-$34 USD/hourly (Washington State candidates).

What you will do

  • Co-manage channel marketing content creation and delivery, supporting seasonal business priorities.
  • Translate global GTM strategy into clear, actionable guidance for regional field teams.
  • Support global launch cycles by maintaining readiness calendars and schedules.
  • Drive ongoing community communications for global stakeholders, building and nurturing a worldwide marketer community.
  • Partner with channel discipline leads, product marketing, and account teams to support effective field landing.
  • Track marketing asset utilization and adoption to inform future development and improve feedback velocity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations, field marketing, channel marketing, or program management.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on project or program management experience, including running schedules and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of experience creating and delivering written and verbal communications for a global audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, global organization.
  • Comfort working set core hours aligned to a Pacific Time operating model.

Nice to have

  • Experience in thru-partner, retail, or channel-driven marketing environments.
  • Background in consumer technology or subscription-based business models.
  • Experience scaling global marketing communications or readiness programs across multiple regions.
  • Demonstrated success using AI tools to improve efficiency, communication, or execution quality.
  • Strong community-building instincts with experience managing stakeholder forums or global marketer networks.
